Dual-Layer LED Matrix Architecture
The optical system separates illumination duties across two layers:
- RGB Color Background Layer: 672 × 0.5W RGB LEDs (101° beam angle) delivering wide ambient wash and dynamic pixel patterns.
- Cool White Strobe Line: 112 × 3W Cool White LEDs (108° beam angle) positioned centrally for high-intensity white strobe pulses.
SMART Glass Electronic Frost Control
Eliminating mechanical frost flags, the fixture employs DMX-controlled SMART Glass Frost. Modulating voltage across the glass alters diffusion state instantly, transitioning the optics from direct pixel visibility to a smooth diffuse wash without mechanical wear.
IP65 Housing and Mechanical Interlocking
Integrated end-latch hardware enables continuous mechanical alignment, allowing multiple bars to lock together into uninterrupted light lines without pixel pitch gaps. An IP65 rating ensures complete resistance to rain, dust, and humidity.
