System Architecture and Line Configuration

The GML Festoon RGB 2 IP provides a modular decorative string lighting layout. The full package contains four strands of 40 frosted LED globes (160 balls total) alongside four 5-meter extension leads. Each sphere incorporates five tri-color SMD RGB emitters rated at 0.1W, achieving full 360-degree radial dispersion.

Control Profiles and Pixel Addressing

The central controller drives up to 160 balls across four isolated terminal outputs. Operating profiles include a standard 8-channel mode or individual pixel mapping via DMX512 and Art-Net protocols. Internal automated show sequences allow standalone execution without an external lighting desk.

Power Distribution and Weather Protection

Strings, globes, and interconnecting terminals hold an IP54 weather rating for outdoor festival grounds, architectural terraces, and event installations. Full system power draw remains under 300W with auto-ranging AC 100–240V inputs. Inter-string links feature heavy-duty weather seals with standard 3-pin XLR connectivity.
