Optical Engine and Dual LED Array
The GML Eye-Candy 1960 IP houses two distinct LED light sources inside a single optical assembly. Primary projection comes from 19 four-color 60W RGBW LEDs. A secondary halo array contains 114 micro-emitters rated at 1.5W RGBW to create graphic background accents across the lens face. The motorized optical system delivers beam adjustments spanning 4° to 60°.
Effects Processing and Mechanical Motion
The front lens array executes continuous bidirectional rotation without rotational stops. The control architecture provides single-pixel mapping across every individual diode. Mechanical motors drive 540° pan and 205° tilt with 16-bit encoding and automated optical position correction.
Weatherproof Construction and Connectivity
The sealed IP65 housing operates in any physical rigging orientation across outdoor festival environments. Total power consumption reaches 1400W. Field connections include IP-rated PowerCon True1 in/out power sockets and 3-pin XLR in/out data terminals supporting DMX512 and RDM protocols.
