GML COB ZOOM 400

GML COB ZOOM 400
The GML COB ZOOM 400 is a high-performance LED wash moving head (Surface Light) engineered for key face lighting, theatrical staging, broadcast television studios, and touring fleets. Powered by an efficient 400W white COB LED engine with an operating life exceeding 50,000 hours, it produces a clean, homogenous field of illumination completely free of video flicker (flicker-free).
Color Purity and Linear CTO Color Temperature Control
With an exceptional color rendering index of CRI ≥95, the fixture faithfully reproduces human skin tones, fabric textures, and intricate scenic designs under broadcast television cameras. The integrated linear CTO module offers continuous color temperature adjustment from warm 2850K tungsten ambience up to 6500K crisp daylight without color drop-off.
Motorized Optical Zoom System
A precision motorized zoom assembly provides a wide 8°–50° linear beam angle. At 8°, the fixture punches out an intense tight beam for highlighting solo performers and architectural details, while opening up to 50° yields a soft, uniform stage wash. The electronic 0–100% dimming system ensures stepless fade transitions, accompanied by a dynamic 1–25 Hz strobe with pulse and random flash programs.
Mechanical Engineering, Control, and Touring Rigidity
Smooth 16-bit stepper motors drive Pan (540°) and Tilt (270°) axes with automatic position auto-correction. Comprehensive control is supplied via DMX512 (10 channels), bidirectional RDM diagnostics, manual menu programming, and Master/Slave modes. Engineered with a durable molded alloy chassis and heat-resistant polymer casing, the fixture weighs only 11 kg, enabling effortless transport and rapid rigging.
Specifications
Linear CMY + CTO Color System
Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow dichroic filters adjust color balance across the full visible spectrum. The linear CTO filter corrects color temperature for studio broadcast and camera recording.
