The GML 1830 BAR IP is engineered for architectural facade illumination, outdoor stages, festival structures, and touring productions requiring IP66 weatherproofing. The optical engine utilizes 18 × 30W RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs paired with a dedicated square lens optical system. Beam options include 6°, 10°, 20°, or 40° coverage profiles for tailored throw distances.
Modular Mechanics and Multi-Axis Rigging
Rigging hardware accommodates both horizontal and vertical positioning via Omega brackets. Integrated mechanical interlocking hardware enables seamless 4-directional matrixing (left, right, top, bottom), assembling individual units into continuous high-output wash surfaces with consistent optical spacing.
Network Control and Field Hardware
Control protocols include Art-Net and sACN Ethernet streaming alongside USITT DMX512 and RDM addressing across 3 channel profiles (9, 72, and 74 channels). Firmware updates are supported over standard DMX signal lines. Hardware interface comprises an OLED display with 4 touch-sensitive keys, weatherproof power in/out connectors, and 3-pin/5-pin XLR sockets. Dimensions are 1002 × 142 × 90 mm with a total weight of 8 kg.
